This week I worked on legs and arms. For my leg workouts I always start with a mile of either running, walking, or doing stair steps. Then I like to do the leg press and I have noticed a big difference in the amount of weight I have been able to put since the start. For arms I start off with curls. Then I go to the machine where you have to pull down two bars with the weight of your choice. I try to do something different each time so i'm not doing the same thing each time but these are just the ones I like the most. For this weeks meals we had home made pizza with a cauliflower crust, spaghetti with zucchini noodles, grilled salmon and green beans, and baked chicken.
This week I worked on abs the whole week. I want to get them more defined as I can. I started by doing 50 crunches on the crunch machine. Next I do sit ups. I know they are about the same but it's where they work your muscles. Then I headed over to the twist machine. You add the desired weight you want and hold two handles, your knees are on a padded cushion and all you do is twist. Finally I went to the machine where you have to bring your knees up to your chest. I finished this weeks days with hydro massaging that I get with my membership.
