During this week I didn't get to work out as much as I wanted to but I still managed to make it happen. I went to the gym on Tuesday and Friday. During the time that I was there I worked on legs. I started off by running one mile on the treadmill then I switched to bicycling which I did for a half of a mile. Next I did the leg press where you lay down and you push a plat form up which you can change the weight to what fits you. And last I did squats. I squatted 205 pounds and I did this 15 times. After I was through with the gym I finished off the day with a wonderful protein smoothie from Juice Life that is right beside planet fitness. This week I made some pretty healthy meals like grilled chicken salads, spaghetti made with zucchini noodles, and stuffed chicken peppers. Also I started making my own smoothies at home with frozen bananas, blueberries, and some coconut water, that way i can save some money.

This week I went to the gym Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I only worked on abs this week. My ab work outs include crunches, sit-ups, bicycles, planks, and dead bugs. I do three sets of 25 crunches and sit-ups. Next one minute planking and 50 bicycles. Finally I finish it of with 100 dead bugs which is 50 on each leg. After I finish these i end my ab workout with one mile running. After I get through with the gym I like to go next door to my favorite juice shop called juice life. This shop makes their own freshly pressed juice, freshly made smoothies, and make their own protein bars and you can find this shop in Salisbury, NC.
