This week I didn't have time to go to the gym at all. I have been working everyday this week and will continue to work a lot. But that still hasn't stopped me from working out. I worked out at home this week so I still am doing some sort of cardio. I first started off by working on abs. I did 100 sit ups and 50 crunches. I then moved on to planking which I did for 1 minute. This is basically all I did this week. So far I haven't noticed any changes to my body which is kind of disappointing but hopefully others can tell.
